Commercial Product using MIT Kerberos : Issues?

I am considering using Kerberos5 from MIT in the authentication module for a
commercial product(Outside USA).

Please inform me about the legal issues and restrictions.
Any links,sites or mailing lists where i can obtain futher information would
be useful.
