NAT fix for release 1.2.5

For those of you who are interested, here's a patch that fixes the one
remaining NAT problem in release 1.2.5 -- it turns off channel binding
in ftpd.  It's just a back-port of the changes that Sam Hartman
committed to krb5-current on April 11th.
