telnetd and auth options

I must point out that if you are seriously looking at the MIT Telnetd
for use in Solaris you should stop and instead turn your attention to
the SRP Telnetd which supports AUTH KRB5 integrated with START_TLS
using OpenSSL.  The ENCRYPT option is going to be made Historic as
sooon as Jeff Schiller <jis at mit.edu> gets around to submitting the
paperwork to the IESG.  The SRP Telnetd also includes support for the
Forward-X option that provides X Windows Display session protection.

Internet-Drafts directory on the ietf ftp site for the current Telnet
START_TLS and AUTH specifications.
