krb5-1.2.6-beta1 is available

I've posted krb5-1.2.6-beta1 on the MIT Kerberos web page,
http://web.mit.edu/kerberos/www/

The final 1.2.6 release will probably happen in a week or two.  Please
test this beta release and report any critical bugs in the next week.

There have been a few security fixes applied, including a fix for
MITKRB5-SA-2002-001 (xdr_array vulnerability).  A few other
significant bugs have been fixed.  Please consult the README file for
additional details.
