Propagate -laudit to simple audit module build

When configure is run with --enable-audit-plugin, configure.ac checks
for libaudit and defines AUDIT_IMPL_LIBS.  Propagate this variable to
plugins/audit/simple/Makefile.in so it is used in the module build.
