In PKINIT, check for null PKCS7 enveloped fields

The PKCS7 ContentInfo content field and EncryptedContentInfo
encryptedContent field are optional.  Check for null values in
cms_envelopeddata_verify() before calling pkcs7_decrypt().  Reported
by Bahaa Naamneh.
