[krbdev.mit.edu #7860] libdb2 tests hang

Ubuntu 14.04 uses gcc 4.8.2 and manifests this bug in the libdb2 tests 
and in practice.  (The compiler bug doesn't seem to manifest using 
circ.c, which is a little confusing).  Here is a launchpad bug where we 
will try to get Ubuntu to SRU the workaround:
