[krbdev.mit.edu #7710] the documentation should not really say that sclient/sserver are useful

We have man pages (and corresponding html docs) for sclient and sserver which say things like 
"It makes a good test that Kerberos has been successfully installed on a machine.", which is not 
exactly true.  At this point, sclient and sserver are more useful for 'make check' than for actual 
human use testing a new setup, and we should not direct users to think that they are.
