The KDB keytab's get_name function has been broken since krb5 1.7 due to 
fcf15c482b582c4f2e5dd7c6222c4e3509bbb7d6 (Use strlcpy instead of strcpy in 
many places).  Since the KDB keytab's name is rarely displayed, no one 
seems to have noticed.
