[krbdev.mit.edu #7406] deprecate redundant kdb5_util parameter

kdb5_util's -sf argument does the same thing as the stash subcommand's -f argument.
That makes the latter unneeded, though it may still be used in scripts/etc. so a deprecation 
period would be needed.
