[krbdev.mit.edu #6481] kdb ldap integration removed rev/recurse kdb5_util dumps

The integration of the kdb ldap backend removed the rev/recurse options
for kdb5_util dumps for the db2 KDB backend.  I've attached the patch of
the fix used for Solaris krb.
