As you might have heard how a lot of my father’s bank account in Switzerland and North America has been frozen. There are recent rumours of my father’s bank accounts in South Africa and North Korea which my mother Fatou Sankoh denies it.

Before the death of my father, he have instructed my mother to go to Johannesburg-south Africa to deposit the sum of US$18,500,000.00 (eighteen million five hundred thousand united state dollars) in a private security company, as a family valuable, when he realized the looming danger from the government and his international inference on him.

Since the death of my father, the present government of my country, Alahji Tijan Kabba has maintained a steady policy of clamp-down on his fortune and his legacy, that is the reason why we are seeking for international help to invest this money with somebody neutral. My mother deposited the money in a consignment with a finance company in South Africa and the fund has been transported to their Europe office in the Netherlands due to the rumours of my father’s account in South Africa.

Sir, following the outlined reasons for investigation, I am soliciting for your esteemed organizations confidential assistance to take custody of eighteen million five hundred thousand United States Dollars (US$18,500,000.00) and also to front for my family in the areas of business you consider profitable.

It is against this background that I fled the country to the Netherlands where I currently sought for political asylum, which was granted. I am making frantic effort on the best way to handle this money. So I sought advice from an attorney who advised that we must seek for a trustworthy foreign business partner whom can invest this fund in a profitable venture.
I have decided to seek foreign assistance, as the Netherlands law prohibits asylum seekers from operating bank account or involve in financial transaction of any kind. Meanwhile, I sincerely ask for your assistance to get this money through your account. I and my family have decided to give 25% to your organization if you are able to help us claim this consignment. And 5% will be use for upsetting all the expenses incurred in the course of concluding this venture and the remaining 70% that will be for my family.
