First, sending mail to krb5-bugs is not an appropriate channel for requesting support using krb5. In the future, please send such questions to kerberos at mit.edu, a public list a for Kerberos users. Your problem can be solved by adding noaddresses=false to your [libdefaults] section of krb5.conf.
