[krbdev.mit.edu #477] shared lib build with gcc on hpux go boom

shlib config code changed to use -fPIC for gcc on hpux long ago.
Looks like no special flags are used on AIX except for -blibpath passed
to linker, and that's set up to check for gcc also.
