[krbdev.mit.edu #1250] test suite uses fixed filenames in shared space

/tmp/rpc_test_v5srvtab -- if one user creates it and doesn't delete
it, the next user gets errors running the rpc test suite.  Should it
be stored in the build tree?  Based on $USER or $$ ?
