KfW 3.2.2 schedule

I'm not sure that's true.

Our goal is to make this information available to developers and to
consortium sponsors.  I'm not entirely sure that we want to make that
available to end users.  I'm quite sure that we want to limit the
number of places we need to update when we update schedules.


We can certainly discuss whether we want to make this sort of
information available on the release pages.  I'd propose that we have
that discussion after we get together a bit more of a policy
framework.  I'm still working on putting something together after our
long meeting.

I think we should work on making changes that need to happen urgently
like sending out scheduling info to kfwdev as they happen.  However I
think that in terms of the longer-term community building stuff, they
should happen in a more organized process rather than jumping to do
everything as we notice it.

That said, if progress starts to drag, please call me on it.
