Kpasswd is not working

Hi,

I am trying to change my passwd with kpasswd. But , I got
"Authentication Error" message from kpasswd.

bharathi-001 at bharathi-001:~$ kpasswd
Password for bharathi-001 at ZMEDIA.COM:
