We don't have plans to implement RFC 6251, but we do have plans to implement MS-KKDCP in version 1.13, at least on the client side. It has similar security properties to RFC 6251 and is already implemented by Microsoft. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh553774.aspx
