If you are using MIT Kerberos and want to do SPNEGO from Firefox on 
windows, you must set network.auth.use-sspi to false, *and* set 
network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris to a (comma separated) list of sites 
that you wish to use SPNEGO auth with.
