kerberos Issues...

Hi All,

I implemented kerberos authentication for Oracle databses in my
organization 5 months back. From last month, we are having hard time
in resolving issue due to kerberos.

only one group of people are having issue.There are around 100 users
not having issue..12 users are having issue..but if they reboot
machine 2 to 3  times..some times they are able to connect..

In the oracle client trace file..I see the above error..

Can anybody from your group help me to solve..

we are facing really hard time due to this..and thinking to remove
kerberos impl for oracle databses...
