If it's a simple patch and it's not convenient for you to make a github
fork, you can send mail to krb5-bugs at mit.edu describing the desired
change with the patch as an attachment.

(Also, kerberos at mit.edu is a mailing list for users of various different
Kerberos implementations.  Discussion of MIT krb5 development is more
appropriate for krbdev at mit.edu.)
