Kerberos for @k8

Hello,

Our domain was upgraded to 2k8 and now we are having issues with our
older des keytabs and XP doesn't support AES.

Is it possible to use both RC4-HMAC and AES so that Windows 7 machines
use AES and Windows XP use RC4?
