LDAP backend help

Another one....

I am trying to set up an openldap backend.
I set up the directory as mentionned.
Then I ran krb5_ldap_util create - I saw my realm container created in 
LDAP thanks to a Dir. browser.
Then I ran krb5_ldap_util stashsrvpw and I see my stash files in the 
configured file.

Then I fail to start kadmin.local - which seems to me normal as 
root/admin has not been created.
Instead I get "no such file or directory".

Is there something I am missing there ?
