KLAcquireInitialTickets(NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL) returns klParameterErr (19276) on Mac OS X 10.6.3

Is this a known issue, or is it subtle user error? From the documentation, it does not appear that I have to provide anything to the function, not principal, ticket options, or out principal or out credential cache.
