test8: btree tests failed

In krb5 1.7, the test suite will fail if there isn't a file
named /bin/csh.  It doesn't actually matter what it is.  You can install
Ubuntu's tcsh package to work around this if you desire.  It doesn't
reflect any problems with the krb5 software; it should be okay to "make
install".

We have fixed this problem for krb5 1.8.
