Is kfw thread safe ?

Do you see the same problems with the API or FILE ccaches?

I have tested thread safety with gss_client and gss_server on a
multi-processor system. 
I'm not sure I've done so with a MEMORY ccache as gss_client requires
that the ccache already exist.
