kfw 3.2 provider fails to load?

Found the issue. For some reason by default on this install
the Options>General>Plugins has the Krb5Ident disabled.
I did have kfw 3.1 installed at one time but removed some
time ago. Even if I remove the software and re-install
it comes up disabled.
