kpasswd & IPv6

Hi list,

I'm currently trying to setup Kerberos authentication on a pure IPv6
network, using stock Debian Etch packages (version 1.4.4).

The authentication part works just fine, at least for the basic tests I've
conducted for now. But when I try to change my password using kpasswd, I
receive the following error :

$ kpasswd
Password for gregueuh at KAMAGO.NET:
Enter new password:
Enter it again:
kpasswd: No route to host changing password

This is done on another host than the one running kadmind, and I've
double-checked that everything is fine with the DNS (I'm not using
/etc/krb5.conf, except for the default_realm that I didn't manage to setup
using DNS).

On the KDC, here is the netstat output, the kadmind daemon listens only on
IPv4 adresses (only 127.0.0.1 by the way).

So, is there a way to use kadmind 1.4.4 with IPv6 ? If not, does the 1.6
branch solve this problem ?

Regards,
Grégory
