Help needed on kerberos HOST SERVER and KERBERISED SERVICES

Hi Ramesh,
For confirming that the Kerberos is configured properly - you can check 2 commands:
1. kadmin (which you seem to have already done)
2. kinit ( which will generate the ticke for the current logged in user if the user exists in the realm configured for Kerberos.
In case you want to generate the ticket for some other user you can specify the principal name of this user as the parameter to kinit function. you can also list the tickets associated with the current user using klist command.
the configuration file which can be used to confirm the Kerberos realm name, ticket name, ticket creation location, ticket lifetime etc. is krb5.conf (which is located in /etc for RHEL3.0
Also refer to kdc.conf in the same folder.
