Problem With Kerberos

 Hi,
 This is Krishna. I use Kerberos for Authenticating users in my
applications. I am facing a problem when adding a user with a ID 460280 (Hex
Format).

The problem is I am not able to read the specific user from the database.
The utilities that work on the database are hanging and displaying an error
"Database Read Error". What could be the reason for this? Can anyone help me
out with this problem?
