Kerberos Deployment

We are trying to deploy Kerberos 3.0 to our domain here at the University of Pennsylvania.  We have been trying to edit the MSI file so that when the Ticket manager is installed it will not poll for Kerberos 4 tickets.  By default it seems to always ask for Kerberos 4 tickets and we need this option to be turned off during installation.  

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
