I'm not aware of any implementations of Kerberos referrals in MIT
or Heimdal (unless Centrify or Vintela have).

But essentially you would contact KDC for the default realm listed
in krb5.conf, and then chase the referrals as per the specification.

I'm sure a lot of people would like to see an implementation of
this!
