Windows 2000 SP4 Kerberos Problem

The IE gets the ticket using a kerberos package installed previously.
This page is used only to validate if I can get the kerberos ticket or
not.

If I can get the ticket, than I can send it to an application server
that I'm using to access to personal information, running in the back
of a web site.

But my problem is than I'm allways getting the Server not found in
Kerberos database error, but only in W2000 stations.
What's the difference between W2000 and XP station ?

I'm going to try Douglas idea.
