Only root get Ticket

Hello,

i just installed Kerberos on my Server and the authentication works
fine with root!

I log in from my client machine with root
klist
show me:

kiwano:~# klist

Default principal: root at EGOTEC.NET

Valid starting     Expires            Service principal

Kerberos 4 ticket cache: /tmp/tkt0
klist: You have no tickets cached
kiwano:~# id
uid=0(root) gid=0(root) Gruppen=0(root)

But when i log in with a "normal" user like "jan" i get no ticket.

Does anyone know why?
