Kerberos strange problems!

first problem: i can't use rlogin, it reports Connection Refused!
second problem: i can't use Kadmin, it reports the following error
 "kadmin: Database error! Required KADM5 principal missing while initializing kadmin interface"
although the kamdin.local works fine and prints the same principal
