I have some question about Kerberos.

Hi.
I'm interested in developing kerberos.
So, I'm searching for information about kerberos.
But, I can't find any information about Kerberos based on WIN CE.
I want to know is it possible to use Kerberos in WIN CE?
If it's not  possible, how I can use kerberos in WIN CE?
Should I develop Kerberos based on WIN CE?
If I have to do it, where I can find useful information to develop Kerberos?
