Kerberos Ticket in XML format ?

There are several proposal to use Kerberos with the web, but all of
these proposals just use normal Kerberos tickets.  I don't see that
encoding a Kerberos ticket in XML would buy you anything.  A ticket,
by its nature is encrypted.
