no DNS dependency?

Hi guys,

how can I force my kerberos client to use a certain name, when going to
the KDC to ask for a ticket?

My problem is, that if I don't have correct DNS reverse-lookup entries
(or if I don't have any) - it uses the wrong domain :(

I would like Kerberos auth to work, even if DNS should happen to be down  :)
