Kerberos5 FTP not working. Neep Help!

I forgot to mention that I do not have a DNS server configured. I use
/etc/hosts to resolve domain name.

Does this config on the server look right?

hostname => server.james.com

==========
/etc/hosts
==========
# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1       localhost.localdomain   localhost
192.168.1.1     server.james.com        server
10.150.41.73    client.james.com        client

Thanks!
James

"hostname" returns "localhost.localdomain". Is it the problem? Should I
change the hostname to "server.james.com" or "server"?

Thanks!
James

If you run "hostname" on server.james.com, does it tell you
"server.james.com" or "server", or does it give you something else?
