Trusting a user as admin

Hi.

I'm writing some scripts to manage my afs cell, and I'd like to use the 
system admin account ``sysadmin'' (without ``/admin'') to manage it all. 
I set up the ACLs for it, and now I'd like to make kadmin (not 
kadmin.local if possible) trust the tickets and leave the way without 
asking any password.

Is it possible?
