Free BER Decoding

We are offering a free service that you can use to decode data that 
was encoded using BER and its derivatives.  The service currently 
names TCAP and MAP elements within the hierarchy.

We plan to expand the protocol scope of the service when we know what 
our users need.  For example, we plan to name and decode Kerberos and 
SNMP elements when we have a large enough group of users who are best 
served by additional support for Kerberos and SNMP.
