setup problems w/ winbind/krb5

Having some trouble with the setup of winbind: 
 
This command fails:

Any ideas on what could cause this?   
 
Latest samba 3.05 compiled with --with-krb5=/usr/local/krb5 --disable-debug --with-winbind --with-pam --with-smbmount --with-ads 
Latest MIT KRB5 1.3.4 compiled with --enable-shared --disable-debug --prefix=/usr/local/krb5
