ERROR : ticket expired , unknown client

hi all,

   I am trying to run the sclient and sserver demo apps. 

on the client side , when I give 

>> kinit
>> klist
 Valid starting     Expires            Service principal
08/06/04 10:24:16  01/01/70 13:31:58  krbtgt/TEST.COM at TEST.COM
 
I am confused abt  "EXPIRE TIME".Can anybody throw some light?  Is KDC
reallly issuing the tickes?

on the server , I am starting the sserver ( demo app ) 

on the client , when I run the sclient,
sclient: Ticket expired while using sendauth

on the server, I got the error
ERROR: recvauth failed--Unknown code 53

The KDC log files are ,
AS_REQ ( 1 etypes {1}) 192.168.1.43:ISSUE:authtime 1091794599,etypes {
rep =1 tkt = 6, sec = 1 },user at TEST.COM for krbtgt/TEST at TEST.COM

TGS_REQ( 1 etypes {1}) 192.168.1.43:: PROCESS_TGS: authtime 0,<unknown
client > for sample/appserver.test.com at TEST.COM, ticket expired
