moving behind a firewall

Hi,

We have finally installed a hardware firewall and I need to move my KDC 
behind it.
I was wondering if there were any implications that I need to be aware of.
Some of the machines are using DHCP but I also have the option of 
assigning static IP addresses to the machines I administer. I am assuming 
that I need to use static addresses. Is this correct?

Any insight would be appeciated
