kadmin and utils on Windows

May or may not help, but I used the Windows implementation of these
binaries. They are located on the Windows2K server cd in a subdir or the
win2K server resource CD. I used them pretty heavily and they worked
great.

I'm having a difficult time compiling the kadmin directory for windows.
Has anyone modified the Makefile (Makefile.in and Makefile.ov) so to
compile the source?
