Example code to request a service ticket on behalf of a forwardable TGT

Hi,

I'm looking for some sample code to request a ticket from the KDC based
on a forwardable TGT that I have on behalf of a client.  the fTGT ought
to let me do this.  

Any ideas?  kerberised telnet perhaps?
