I can´t map users on Windows 2000

I try to login as ntadmin, but the result is the same.
Windows denies the login. But, in this case unix
server serves the ticket, as I see in the log.
My default master tgt enc key is des-bcb-crc. Why
windows refuse th login when KDC server serves the
ticket ???
