Timezones (Was: Win logon to a MIT Kerberos V KDC?)

That's what I thought. But when I was working on the Windows setup,
I noticed that it did not matter which time zone I was in. As long
as the time was syncronized with (s)NTP...

So any differences between MET and CET and UTC/GMT shouldn't matter.
I just want to verify that this is the case...
