set passw supported?

Hi!

Does MIT Kerberos supports the RFC Draft Set password protocoll:

?

I found no sign of it.

And if not, why? Is it a ,,bad'' draft, or only a lack of human energy?

If yes, how?

Is there any KDC that supports it?

PS. MS doesnt implements it fully either.
When i used ksetpw (sample ksetpw application for unix) i get
kadmin/changepw ticket instead of kadmin/setpw.
