Logging Microsoft Win2K KDC

I was wondering if anyone had tried enabling logging on the KDC on
Windows 2000. Microsoft say a registry entry of,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Kerberos\Parameters
Registry Value: LogLevel 
Value Type: REG_DWORD 
Value Data: 0x1 

and a reboot should enable it. However I don't seem to get anything
logged 8(

Any ideas ? I've checked for typos etc
